GLORIOUS SPRITZ JUG

The Glorious Spritz is one of our signature spritzes at Goodwood racecourse. It’s a delicious drink to
make at home and is especially good served in a Jug for a warm afternoon entertaining in the garden.

THE PERFECT POUR

This recipe serves 4 highballs
Fill a Jug with lots of ice
Add 200ml Nicholson
50 ml Elderflower
And top with 600ml Franklin & Sons premium Tonic
Stir well to combine
Garnish with Cucumber peel & a sprig of mint.
